The Luftwaffe Pilot Badge was instituted by Hermann Goring in 1935. It was among the earliest badges introduced in the German Wehrmacht and was worn by all qualified pilots in the German Air Force (Luftwaffe).
This Reproduction Pilot Badge is crafted of zinc, offering an authentic look and feel. The finish is almost completely worn off. It appears to be used, but still in very good condition.
