Reproduction German WWII Luftwaffe Pilot Observer Badge-
The Pilot/Observer Badge was a military decoration awarded to Luftwaffe personnel during World War II. Instituted in 1936 by Hermann Göring, Commander-in-Chief of the Luftwaffe, it recognized those who qualified as both pilots and observers.
This reproduction badge is of good quality and bears the marking "L/50" on the reverse, indicating production by Gebrüder Godet & Co. of Berlin. However, it is important to note that this company never manufactured Pilot/Observer Badges.
