Original German WWII M42 Double Decal Police Helmet EF62-
A beautiful Police double decal M42 helmet. The decals are late war applied and with out a varnish coating, which is typical of EF. This signifies it was produced by Emaillerwerke AG of Fulda (EF). The Party shield has two decals applied. Most like the first one was damaged in the first application and then a second one was applied over it. Both decals have some type of flaking since no varnish/coating was applied. The liner appears to be a late war pigskin and a size 62. The chinstrap is original, but not original to the helmet. It is marked "fth 44". A beautiful double decal Polizei M42 helmet. Excellent condition.
