This authentic web canvas pouch is marked "U.S." on the front flap and marked "B.A.R. CO. 1943" on the back. There are some other markings which are hard to read. The pouch is stained and discolored. The "lift-the-dot" snap is intact. It comes with a small first-aid dressing which is still sealed; it shows signs of age and storage. Overall in good condition.
