Original US WWII M1924 First Model Field Dressing Pouch With Field Dressing-
This pouch is marked JEFF Q.M.D. 1942 on the reverse side. This type is known as the "V" flap and is desirable. There is a marking under the flap, but is blurred. A few tiny spots of corrosion on the belt hook hardware. Does come with First Aid Packet. Overall in good condition.
