Original U.S. WWII M1938 Wire Cutters With Pouch, Dated 1945-Wire cutters were used to cut through barbed wire fences while out in the field. The pouch was designed to be carried on a belt, providing quick access to the cutters.
The cutters are marked US-5000 VOLTS MAX. The handles show some use and the blade does show some use and has a minor jagged edge. The pouch itself is marked "U.S." on the front and "A-G STCH. CORP. 1945". The pouch has no real flaws. This authentic pair of wire cutters and pouch are in good condition.
