This original WWII U.S. canvas medical pouch is in very good condition. It is unmarked, which is common for medic bags of this era. There is a tiny hole on the bottom, with only minor stains. Hardware shows very minimal rust, maintaining structural integrity. The pouch retains its original tie strings on the reverse side, designed to secure and adjust their size. Web carrying strap not included.
