This original document titled "Certificate of Conduct on Discharge from the Army," was issued on October 26, 1938. It covers the service period October 27, 1936 to October 28, 1938.
It remains in excellent condition, with only minor creasing from being folded and minimal signs of aging, thanks to proper storage.
