Headset has two blackbakelite earphones with metal alloy backing plates, connected by a leathercovered magnetic sheet metal head band. Head band is attached to the earphonesby an extended swivel rocker panel allowing for fit adjustment. Exterior of theearphone backing plates each have impressed designation, "Dfh.b", forDoppelfernhörer, (Double Telephone Receiver), model "b".Each earphone has a fabric covered connectionwire fitted to their bottom edge. The throat (larynx) microphone set as mostcommonly used in armored vehicles and field radios. marked with an embossed,designation abbreviation in an oval recess, "(Fu) b", indicating,Funk, (Radio), model "b". Also comes a fabric covered connection wire tothe switch, but the plug is missing.Very goodcondition.
