Original German WWII Silver Infantry Assault Badge (Infanterie-Sturmabzeichen) Unmarked- An oval shaped oak leaf wreath in silver, with a national eagle clutching a swastika on the top and a bow tie on the bottom. Diagonally across the badge is a k98 with the bayonet attached to the front of the barrel and the carrying sling hanging from the rifle. It has about 50% of silver finish on the front. On the back side a vertical round wire pin back, a crimped barrel hinge, and a C wire catch. Not marked. Excellent condition.
