This is an excellent example of an original German WWII Luftwaffe steel belt buckle, complete with its brown leather tab. The tab is clearly stamped with the maker's name, Berg und Nolte A.-G. Lüdenscheid, and the date "1941."
The buckle retains approximately 95% of its original factory-applied paint on the front and back, with minor wear visible in small spots, consistent with light use. It is also stamped on the back side near the catch B&N 41. The brown leather tab remains in outstanding condition, with minimal signs of wear and no major damage.
Overall, this buckle is slightly used but remains in excellent condition, making it a highly collectible piece of WWII memorabilia.
