Original German WWII Bronze Infantry Assault Badge By Friedrich Linden- An infantry assault badge in bronze that was issued to mechanized and reconnaissance troops.

Presenting an intriguing and entirely original Infantry Assault Badge in Bronze, this piece exhibits exceptional preservation and remains in excellent condition. The majority of its original bronze finish is still present, albeit with slight corrosion noticeable on the bayonet handle and a small dot on the eagle's wing. Despite these minor imperfections, the badge retains the majority of its intricate details, showcasing the craftsmanship of its era.

The reverse of the badge appears flat and smooth, adorned with abundant bronze finish alongside minor signs of corrosion. Although unmarked, its characteristics are from the origin of E. Ferdinand Wiedmann in Frankfurt am Main. Notably, the round wire pin and catch are fully intact and operational, exhibiting no indications of repair, ensuring the badge's stability and functionality.
