Original German WWII Heer Steel Belt Buckle With Leather Tab By Dr. Franke & Co 1940-
The buckle retains 90% of its original factory paint on the front, though the Heer eagle, rope, oak leaves, and "Gott Mit Uns" inscription are still visible, but does have a heavy coat of paint on both sides. The buckle is maker-marked with the "Dr. Franke & Co 1940" near the catch. The buckle does come with a steel belt hook. This is a desirable marker and remains in good condition.
