German WWII Heer (Army) issued Krim Shield removed from a uniform, bearing the distinct hallmarks of the renowned manufacturer Wilhelm Deumer. Crafted from magnetic steel, this shield exhibits authentic signs of period wear. Mounted on fieldgray wool backing, discernible sewing thread holes attest to its authentic placement on the uniform. While some of the paper backing has naturally deteriorated at the top, the majority remains intact, preserving its integrity. This piece is in very good to excellent condition.
