The shoulders do come with shoulder board loops, but do not come withbuttons. Pockets are pleated and the flap scalloped. The back of the shirt ispleated and the cuffs are french pleated. Small (size 36-38), Medium (size38-42), Large (size 44-46), XLarge (size 48-50) & XXLarge (size 52-54).
