Original Third Reich Hitler Jugend Student Bund Armband- This is a very rare, original armband for members of the Hitler Jugend in the "National Socialist German Student League" (Nationalsozialistischer Deutscher Studentenbund, NSDStB). It is constructed from multiple pieces and measures 380 mm in length and 110 mm in width. The armband has a red base with two machine-applied horizontal white stripes, each 15 mm wide, running along its length.
At the center front of the armband is a large, machine-woven Hitler Youth diamond swastika emblem, which is machine sewn on. Inside, the armband retains its original RZM paper tag, which is in near-perfect condition. The tag includes a “B” tax code and the stamped manufacturer code 308. Despite some staining throughout, the armband remains in very good condition.
This item is extremely hard to find and a valuable piece of history for collectors.
