These were issued to U-Boat crews when lights were dim and the red lens would be
used to brighten the darkness. These
types of goggles were also issued to Krad (Motorcycle), Panzer crews, but most
likely they had different types of colored lenses instead of red.
Rubber and straps are in mint condition and the lenses are red.
Comes with cotton case with manufacturer marking.
The goggles are in near Mint Un-Issued condition!

German WWII Help Parachutes (Hilfsschirm)- The parachutes are about 38",
(96.4cm), x 27", (68.6cm), eight panel, white silk or cotton construction
pilot parachute with a four piece steel rod frame with machine stitched seams
for the rods. The four steel frame
rods are each housed in a tunnel looped, compartment to secure them in the
proper position. Some of the tunnel loop compartments might have some small
tears to the end from rust from the rods due to storage. The extended guide
cords are secured to the outer edges of each of the eight, triangular panels and
the extended ends are all secured together at the bottom with a closed
attachment loop, to secure the pilot chute to the actual parachute. The seams of
each panel have a machine stitched, narrow, dual-ply, reinforcement panel to the
bottom. The pilot chutes are in overall good condition with
light to moderate age and
a couple of small rust colored stains. Seldom encountered, essential parachute
deployment item. Most have some type
of marking, but some do not have any markings.

silverware and made in
Germany
before or during the war. They are used, but in good condition.
Many German soldiers brought silverware to the front either had it stored in a
vehicle or just stuffed in their breadbag. Many photos show German
soldiers using this type. You get 3 knives, 2 forks, 1 spoon and 1
teaspoon. Great to use at a re-enactment!

Rare Original German WWII Gebirgsjäger (Mountain Troop) 8 Mann Zeltbahnen (Troop Tent)-
The tent is 8' Long x 14' Wide x 6' Tall with 23” Walls.
This type of troop tent can be put together with a Teil (part) 2 of
another 8 man tent to make a 16 man tent. Ours
is the first part (Teil I), which the front doors are not removable, but the
back wall is removable to attach the second tent.
The front door window is missing the screen.
On the roof there is a 6 inch rip/tear and 2 small holes.
At the peak on both ends there is a heavy duty re-enforced grommet with
D-Ring for rope tensioner. Most of
the original ropes are still there and have the rope tensioners.
One tensioner is missing and the rope is short.
The peak on the inside there is a web re-enforcement that goes from one
peak to the other. On the
inside walls there is 4 pockets on each two walls for 8 soldaten.
The pockets measure 17 ½” long and 11“ high.
Along the wall there are 3 sleeves on both wall that should have some
wood inside them to hold up the walls that have been removed, but the wood poles
can easily put back in them. The
bottom of the zelt there is a heavy canvas material that appears to turn inside
and not outside of the zelt (We tried to turn it outside, but appears to want to
go to the inside. We could be wrong)
to keep rain or snow out. The heavy
canvas material is in very good condition. The
removable wall does have 2 windows and has flaps on both sides and the screens
are complete. There are about 3
small holes that need to be repaired on the removable wall.
We could not attach the back wall due to many of the ropes were frayed
and need to be replaced with new ones. There
is some that are still intact. Made
from a brown/mustard color canvas material and is marker marked with Teil I
(Part 1) marked on the main tent and on the removable wall.
The tent has some wear and tear, but is most complete and needs some
repairs. Some small grommets are
missing on the wall tie downs. There
are large grommets on the back removable part and they appear to be all there.
Comes with 12 original zeltbahn pegs and most are wartime marked (mostly
gyq 43). Great for those living
history events! Sorry there are no
poles. $1875.00

German WWII DAF Small Serving Plate- The plate measurers 7 1/2 inches in
diameter. $25.00

WWII Zwei Mann Zeltbahnen (Tent) In Italian Camouflage- This
is a German Zeltbahnen (tent) for 2 men made from original WWII Italian
camouflage material. This was
supposedly this was used in an SS Panzer grenadier's school?? The
Zeltbahnen is not factory made and might have been made from a field tailor,
but they did an excellent job making it. It
measures approximately 186cm tall and 360cm wide. Each corner and middle of
each side has 2 metal grommets for rope to secure the tent pegs to the ground.
The top of the Zeltbahnen has a reinforced leather hole for the tent pole to
fit through. It takes 4 German Zeltbahnen poles to erect the Zeltbahnen, which
4 original wooden poles come with the Zeltbahnen.
Overall condition it is very good condition, but the camouflage
material/canvas shows some use and 3 period field repairs on the side and the
opening flap has some buttons missing which can be easily replaced.
There is only one opening, which is
button down and has a wind flap, and the triangle quarters are sewn
together. You can button the out
side and there are buttons on the inside to close the opening flap from the
inside. The Zeltbahnen goes up very fast.
We had the Zeltbahnen up in less than 10 minutes!

These are Polizei or RAD breadbag straps and come in various fabric material
colors. The leather on the straps are either black or brown, but some
are a dyed green/brown color. Some of the metal hardware might have some
slight rust. Most all have markings, but some might have a faint or no

Original German WWII Cavalry Leather Strap- We are
guessing that this used for cavalry because it is brown and is 64 inches long
and has 20 holes that are numbered. It has a 3 letter markers code,
dated 43 and has a faint Waffenampt. The leather is a little dry and
could use some conditioner. Very good condition. $55.00
Original Luftwaffe Flight/Pilot’s Or Ground Crew
Ear Warmers- These are Luftwaffe issue ear warmer made out of sheep’s wool.
These ears warmers might have been made in the occupied France and were
found at the French Chartres airfield (Fliegerhorst Chartres) in the late
1980's. The wool ear warmers have
olive color hbt material straps sewn on with aluminum grommets.
There is a faint Luftwaffe eagle stamped on the sheep skin.
The head size is about 56/57. A
very nice addition for the headgear collection. Very good condition.

Original German WWII Luftwaffe EM/NCO'S Universal Greatcoat Hood (Kopfhaube für Einheitlicher
Tuchmantel )- The Luftwaffe had introduced a heavy greatcoat/mantel with an
additional blanket lining for stationary personnel and drivers of opened cab
vehicles. On October 17TH 1942 the Luftwaffe introduced the
universal greatcoat that was intended to replace both the standard greatcoat
and the heavy greatcoat. The universal greatcoat followed the basic pattern of
its predecessors with minor modifications which included a detachable hood.
Luftwaffe blue/grey, wool/rayon blend construction, unlined detachable
hood for the universal greatcoat features a central machine stitched seam with
three sets of tapering darts at the top of the crown section. The interior
forward and bottom edge of the hood have a narrow reinforcement strip of grey
rayon machine stitched in place. The rayon strip at the forward edge creates a
tunnel loop for a drawstring. The twisted white rayon drawstring is intact.
The bottom edge of the hood has three, evenly spaced button eyelets to secure
it to the greatcoat. The hood has no visible size or manufacturer’s
markings. The hood is in very good, un-issued condition with one small moth
hole on one side with minimal age toning. Scarce universal greatcoat
detachable hood. $85.00
Original German Pre-War Luftwaffe Handkerchief- A
nice size original handkerchief that is un-issued.
It is 19.5" x 19.5" and is an off white cotton material.
It has a very nice pre-war ink stamp with a “drooped” tail
Luftwaffe eagle and marked Fl. U.V. inside a rectangular.
It does have some storage wear and slight stains from age, but overall
it is in excellent condition. $75.00
