This unmarked buckle, characteristic of war-time manufacturing, exhibits a smooth outer field housing a central motif of exceptional detail: an SS-style national eagle, its wings gracefully outstretched, clutching a laurel wreath embracing a static swastika. Encircled by a circular twisted rope border adorned with the Gothic script motto, "Meine Ehre heißt Treue!" (My Honor is Loyalty!), this emblem resonates with historical significance.
Retaining approximately 90-85% of its original gray silver paint on the exterior and most the paint is worn off is on the letters, swastika and wings. The backside has minor scratches, but some belt wear and rust in the center of the buckle. In excellent condition.
