Original US WWII First Aid Packet-US Govt Carlisle Model By Bauer & Black-
Originally these small tins were painted drab green. Then painted a red color to denote they contained the substance known as sulfanilamide (used to treat bacterial infections in WWII). The backside of the tin is dented. The pull tab is still intact.
