Original Imperial German WWI Fernglas 08 Binoculars (Dienstglas) With Case- The binoculars do have clear lenses, but the diopter's will not move to focus. They might need some WD40 to loosen them? They are marked "Dienstglas", which is Service Glass for the military. Retains a 75% of original paint with textured finish on them. The brown bakelite eye cups are in excellent condition. Comes with original brown leather neck strap. The binocular case is in excellent condition and leather is very pliable. Still retains the instructions under the lid and and the felt on the bottom inside. Marker marked on the leather belt loops. The case and neck strap are marked "Made In German" for most likely post war exporting? Very Good to Excellent condition for an item that is over 100 years old.
