Description

Original German WWII k98 Bayonet Non-Matching With Pre/Early War Leather Frog-

This bayonet is in excellent overall condition, showcasing its original wartime craftsmanship.

  • Blade: Retains its original bluing with only light aging. Maker marked by Carl Eickhorn, a renowned German manufacturer.
  • Grips: Bakelite grips are intact, free of cracks or damage. Minor wear.
  • Locking Button: Fully functional and operates smoothly.
  • Scabbard: Shows light aging consistent with the blade, remaining in very good condition.

Included with the bayonet is a pre/early war leather frog featuring aluminum fittings. The frog exhibits a faint manufacturer’s marking and an unreadable year stamp due to wear. Despite this, the leather remains in excellent condition and complements the bayonet well.

This set, consisting of the bayonet, scabbard, and frog, is a prime example of a collectible WWII German K98 bayonet ensemble in excellent condition.
