Description

Original German WWII Panzer Optics Turmwinkelzielfernrohr Modell 3f- This optics was used in pre-war to early war panzers. The optics were researched on a forum to clarify that they were from the Third Reich era and not Post War. From the Zeiss archives: “We have descriptions for the Turm-Winkelzielfernrohr 1A, B and C from the year 1935 (drawing number 331611/9) as well as for the Turm-Winkelzielfernrohr 3 f from the year 1940 (drawing number A 331620/10). According to these descriptions, the optical values are identical. Unfortunately, we can't offer a scan of this documents, because the Military Archives of the Federal Archives have the copyright.”

The optics are very clear and have the range finder. The range finder can be adjusted from side to side from the left side adjustment knob. The bottom adjustment knob adjusts the range finder up and down. The lever on the left-hand side adjusts the optics at a 45-degree angle. These are pretty impressive optics and is 100% from the WWII period. These weigh about ? pounds. Excellent condition.
