Original German WWII M42 Single Decal Luftwaffe NS64 Helmet- This slightly used helmet retains about 95% of its original paint on both the outside and inside. The 2nd model Luftwaffe decal shows some very minor scratches but is about 95% intact. There is a faint ink dome stamp on the inside. The leather liner is supple, characteristic of the late war type with a leather finger sewn in, and includes the original drawstring. The helmet comes with the original short part of the chinstrap, which is dry and slightly cracked. The long piece of the chinstrap is missing. Overall, this is a very nice Luftwaffe M42 helmet in excellent condition.
